On the downside, my request for rare steak led to a well-done outcome, slightly diminishing the experience, but the overall food quality remained high.

Food options are limited, especially for longer stays, leading to meal repetition. A barking dog outside made for a restless night despite attempts to drown out the noise with fans and earplugs.

Be sure to try the delicious Mediterranean-Nica fusion cuisine, especially the veggie options like the vegan omelette and homemade focaccia.

during my stay, I really enjoyed the spacious room with a great balcony offering stunning views of the lake and volcano, and I found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful during my whole visit.

The eco-friendly vibe of Casa Marimba combined with breathtaking views of the Laguna de Apoyo made my stay truly memorable, particularly the serene atmosphere for birdwatching.

Unfortunately, the water temperature in my room was not adequate for comfortable showers, which was a letdown during my stay.

The King Room with Private Terrace was spacious and offered stunning views of the lake, making it perfect for a relaxing evening. The surrounding garden was filled with vibrant birds, creating a serene atmosphere that's hard to beat. The staff was exceptionally friendly and eager to assist, which made me feel very welcomed during my six-night stay!

However, the walls were a bit thin, which led to some disturbances from neighboring rooms.

I had an amazing time relaxing in a beautiful room with a lovely terrace and enjoyed the delicious eggplant lasagna. Just a bit of noise from the hallway but overall a fantastic stay!
